Chiotasso is a surname with Italian origins, but it also has connections much further afield on Greek islands scattered along the Aegean Sea.

My inspiration is the Mediterranean, where I
grew up.
​My aspiration is twofold: to seek out what is beautiful and good in the world.
The pieces of jewellery I create is the result of the aesthetic experiences I have felt in the Mediterranean region. I study their shapes and material, and analyse how the light and shadows dance on them. I seek out that which is beautiful, where beauty is a shared ethos that makes jewellery timeless.

All my creations are made from gold, the most precious of natural materials that defies humankind with its perfection and immortality. But not just any old gold, only ethical gold,
